1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or purchasing any product from The Student Alpha (“TSA”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Educational Content Only
All content provided by The Student Alpha — including but not limited to Discord posts, live sessions, video content, indicators, analysis, and written materials — is for educational purposes only. Nothing constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument.
3. Products & Services
TSA currently offers the Student Alpha VIP / War Room ($199/month with 7-day free trial) and the Student Alpha Matrix System ($89/week or $349/month). Access to these products is delivered through Discord after purchase via Whop.
4. Billing & Cancellation
All billing is handled through Whop. By purchasing, you authorize recurring charges at the selected billing interval. Cancellation stops future billing. No refunds are issued for the current billing period. All sales are final.
5. Risk Disclosure
Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You should consult with a qualified financial professional before making any investment decisions. TSA is not a registered investment advisor.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You may not share, redistribute, or resell any TSA content, indicators, or materials. You may not solicit other members. You may not record or screenshot private sessions without permission.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ohio, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ohio.
